Enter the house off of the front porch and you find yourself in a spacious foyer with large front closet. High ceilings exist throughout the first floor. Stairs to the second floor are on the right.
To the left is an entrance into a large living room (13x15) with new navy carpet, stone colored paint and white trim. A gas fireplace surrounded by ceramic tile and an ornate mantle highlights this naturally lit room.
Leaving the living room via a second door, or entering straight from the foyer, you enter the dining room. A built in china cabinet, bench seat window, and oak flooring are attractive elements of this large (19x12) space.
To the right is an office/toy room/4th bedroom (10 1/2 x 12). A small half bath is tucked away to the side of this versatile room. Also, stairs into the full basement are accessed from this room.
Straight back from the dining room is the kitchen (see post about Kitchen). To the left off of the kitchen is our most recently remodelled room, the Mudroom/1st Floor Laundry (10 x 5). With beautiful ceramic tile and built-in tiger-striped maple cabinets, containing four lockers, this mudroom provides access to the rear of the property through a new exterior door.
